I offer individual assessment and therapy for all mental health conditions. I also offer family services for those whose primary concern is relationships with others.

Services are conducted by Kristen Fourcade, LCSW, via secure video and/or telephone to anyone in the state of Oregon. Services to Washington or California are sometimes available, depending on insurance coverage.

Fees:
Individual Diagnostic Assessment – $200
Individual Therapy Session – $150
Family Therapy Session – $175

I am an in-network provider with OHP PacificSource, PacificSource Commercial, Regence BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, and MODA. I also accept credit/cash payments and bill other insurances as an out-of-network provider. On an as-needed basis, we can explore a Single Case Agreement with your insurance provider to reduce the burden of out-of-network payments; please let me know during our introduction call who your provider is, so we can talk about solutions!
